This is my grandfather's recipe that he made up on a whim decades ago, as he would oftentimes pull fresh vegetables and herbs from his farm cooking up his own dishes from whatever he brought home that day. This is savoury recipe that my whole family loves and doesn't take long to make...

Ingredients
Spaghetti ( for my family I used Wheat free quinoa & rice pasta)
Garlic cloves
Walnuts
Fresh parsley
Extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt
Anchovies (optional)
Directions
Peel garlic and cut garlic gloves in halves.
Cut walnuts in small pieces.
Finely chop fresh parsley.
In a frying pan drizzle some olive oil on low heat, add in garlic in the pan.
Once garlic is almost done cooking, add in your walnuts.
Continuously stir walnuts while they're cooking to make sure they don't burn as they cook easily.
Add in anchovies in the pan to cook for a minute as my Nonno did, or as my husband likes it, chopped up and added in unheated at the end.
Et voila! Ready to Enjoy. Buon Appetito!
